 All bookings made through Tripzii must be made at least one day in advance. If payment has not been made before the day of the trip, Tripzii reserves the right to automatically cancel your trip.
 
Payment Methods
  1. Payment through our website. You can pay on our website using a Credit or Debit card or via a PayPal payment. Tripzii has partnered with PayPal to receive credit/debit payments and confirmation is made online or via telephone.
  2. Payment via bank transfer. Once a booking is made online, you may choose to transfer money into our bank account. Confirmation of payment is made online or via telephone.
  3. Payment via telephone. Once a booking is made, you may choose to call us to pay for a trip via bank transfer. Confirmation of payment is made online or via telephone. Cancellation, Modification and Refund Conditions

Cancellation of a tip is possible, only in the case of customers who have not paid for the trip.

  1. If payment has been made, Tripzii reserves the right to not refund the cost of the trip.
  2. If you wish to modify the booking, such as change the date of the trip, you must inform Tripzii up to 7 days before the start date of the trip. Customers are able to move the start date of their booked trip to another date within a 180 day period from the date of the original booking.

    2. Place a booking online and wait for the confirmation email
    3. Follow the instructions on how to pay via bank transfer
    4. Once payment is confirmed the booking will be complete
    5. Details on times, pickup and relevant kit lists will follow

    1. An operator will help manage your booking, just name the trip you want to take

    5. Once payment has been made via bank transfer, you can confirm payment by SMS, Facebook Messenger or LINE message @tripzii

When a booking has been made and paid for, customers are unable to request a refund in the case of cancellation. If a customer wishes to make changes to the booking and/or change the date, they may do so up to 7 days before the starting date of the trip. If changing the date, customers are allowed to move the starting date up to 180 days after the original date.
